This Privacy Policy explains how personal data collected through the ChargenOS mobile app (“Application”) is processed, stored, shared and protected by VELMOR TEKNOLOJİ A.Ş. (“Company”).

2. Data We Collect

• 📍 Location Data: Used to show nearby charging stations.
• ⚡️ Charging Data: Time, energy consumption, payment details.
• 👤 Identity Data: Name, email, phone (if account exists).
• 💳 Payment Data: Transaction amount and ID (processed by payment provider).
• 🧩 Device Info: App version, device model, IP, OS.
• 🍪 Cookies & Analytics: For performance and crash diagnostics.

3. Purpose of Use

• Display nearby charging stations
• Process charging sessions and payments
• Improve app performance and security
• Fulfill legal obligations

4. Data Sharing

Personal data may be shared only with:

• Authorized payment processors
• Charging partners / network operators
• Authorities when legally required

No data is shared for advertising or marketing.

5. Data Retention and Security

Data is stored securely on servers located in Turkey and/or the EU.

Encryption, access control and audit logging are applied.

Data is deleted or anonymized after statutory retention periods expire.

Users can delete their account via Profile > Account Settings > Delete Account or by emailing info@velmorteknoloji.com.

ChargenOS uses:

• Firebase / App Center (analytics & diagnostics)
• Payment processors (for financial transactions)

Each follows its own privacy policy.
