Management Panel

Easily manage your charging stations, dealers, and users from a centralized panel.

Region Management

Create new regions by selecting locations on the map and manage authorized person details.

Region Reports

Generate usage reports of stations assigned to a region within a selected date range.

Easy Station Addition

Quickly add stations by selecting latitude and longitude on the map. Assign stations to regions and dealers during the creation process.

Station Usage Reports

View station usage data within a selected date range and generate detailed reports.

Station Status Charts

Monitor station performance in real-time with charts displaying Available, Charging, Faulted, and Error statuses.

Remote Restart & Start Charging

Remotely restart stations and initiate charging sessions directly from the management panel to ensure seamless operations.

Station Image Upload

Upload and manage images of stations. Visuals help identify and monitor stations more effectively.

Real-Time Station Logs

Monitor all station events with real-time log records. View detailed history of errors, connections, and operations.

Optional Collection

Make the collection process optional for the station. If disabled, charging sessions are only recorded without triggering payment collection. Suitable for non-commercial stations.

Optional Private Area

Mark the station as an optional private area. When enabled, users can see the station on the map but recognize it is in a restricted area and cannot be accessed.

Optional Test Station

Mark the station as an optional test mode. Test stations do not appear in the user list and are only used during initial setups. This prevents users from being directed to stations that are not yet fully operational.

Optional Regulatory Data Sharing

Data submission to the national regulatory authority can be disabled for non-commercial stations. When enabled, charging session start, end, and consumption data are transmitted for compliance.

Optional Station Status (Active / Passive)

In case of malfunction or maintenance, deactivate the station to hide it from the map. This option is provided as an optional setting.

Optional Credit Card Requirement

By default, users with outstanding debt cannot start charging sessions. When this option is enabled, users are allowed to receive service even if they have unpaid balances. Provided as an optional feature.

Socket (Connector) Management

Manage station connectors in detail. Define connector code, name, QR code, and EPDK ID; select connector number and type. Configure electric type (AC/DC), amperage, voltage, and wattage limits to ensure safe charging. Control connector status (active/passive), review port-based logs, and generate QR labels. Optionally, set per-connector pricing.

Localization

Manage translations for all fields across the panel and mobile application with unlimited language support. Add new languages, update existing content, and ensure users experience the system seamlessly in their preferred language.

Dealer Creation & User Assignment

Create a new dealer and assign a responsible user. The dealer account is authorized to manage its associated stations and operations.

Station Reports for Dealer

From the dealer view, access usage and performance reports for all stations linked to the dealer, with date-range filtering and export options.

Sub‑Dealer Management

Dealers can create sub‑dealers under their account, while sub‑dealers cannot create further sub‑dealers. The hierarchy is strictly single‑level.

Role Groups & Assignment

Authorize users via role groups with module/action granularity. Group‑based control streamlines management and ensures consistency.

Permission Matrix

Define view, create, update, delete, export and similar actions per module. Fine‑grained control enhances security.

Per‑User Overrides

Flex group permissions at the user level for exceptions. Permissions use Allow/Deny logic with explicit Deny taking precedence. All changes are audited.

Flexible Pricing Management

Define pricing based on electric type (AC/DC), region, station, or connector. Set different prices for individual sockets within the same station, enabling flexible and detailed tariff management tailored to operational needs and business strategies.

Price Validity Date Management

Define start dates for configured prices and enable time-based tariff scheduling. Validity dates allow future price adjustments to be prepared in advance and activated in a controlled, scheduled manner.

Discount Management

Define discounts across multiple levels directly from the panel. Discount types include region, station, dealer, user, or percentage-based options. Configure discount codes, percentage or fixed amount, and set start/end dates. This enables flexible campaigns and promotions for specific users, dealers, or regions.

Discount Usage Limits

Set usage limits for defined discounts. Limit the total number of uses or restrict the number of times each user can apply the discount. This ensures controlled campaign execution and prevents misuse.

Campaign Reporting

Generate detailed reports on the performance of defined discount campaigns. Track how much discount has been used by users, dealers, or regions. Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future marketing strategies accordingly.

Vehicle Make & Model Catalog Management

Manage makes and models in the admin panel so mobile users can add their vehicles. Upload, edit, and publish brand logos and model images to enable fast, accurate selection from a visual catalog.

Dynamic Connector Type Management

Add and edit connector types (e.g., Type 2, CCS, CHAdeMO) from the panel, and manage their active/inactive status. Assign icons to each type and expose them instantly across station/connector forms. Safe‑delete checks prevent removal of types currently in use.

RFID Card Management

Assign RFID cards to users to determine which account each charging transaction is billed to. Authorize cards per station or mark them as “allowed on all stations.” Manage card status (active/inactive) and update card details when needed.

User Transaction & Invoice History

View detailed history of users’ past charging sessions. Access invoice details for each transaction and send the user’s password via SMS to their registered phone when required. Ensures financial transparency and reliable customer support.

Export Transaction List

Export users’ past charging sessions to Excel, PDF, or print format. Share reports, archive them, or use them for official documentation.

Credit Card Payment

Enable users to make secure payments via credit cards. Card data is stored in compliance with international security standards, ensuring fast collection for each transaction.

Corporate Account Payment

Dealers or corporate customers can pay via corporate accounts. Transactions are invoiced collectively, ensuring regular reconciliation.

Mobile Bill Payment

Allow users to charge sessions directly to their mobile phone bills. Payments are processed seamlessly through mobile operator integrations.

Notification Management

Orchestrate Email, SMS, and push notifications from a single hub. Build multilingual templates, personalize with variables (user name, station name, amount, date), and bind to triggers (started/ended, fault, debt alert). Target by dealer/region/station/user scope, schedule (instant or planned), enforce quiet hours, rate limits, and priorities. Track delivery status and errors, enable retries and provider fallback. Manage consent and unsubscribe flows for compliance, and validate via test sends.

Reporting & Analytics

Access real-time dashboards with consumption, revenue, kWh distribution, and station performance reports. Filter by date range and drill down by region, dealer, or station. Export to Excel/PDF for financial and operational reporting. Visual charts provide insights into usage trends, fault ratios, and revenue growth.

Support & Helpdesk

Manage user requests, fault reports, and support tickets from a centralized hub. Each ticket is logged, assigned to relevant teams, and tracked through resolution. SLA definitions enable response time measurement. Users can review their past requests and resolutions, while dealers and operators gain access to reporting.

Audit Log & Security

Record all actions performed on the panel. Detailed reports show which user made changes, on which date, and in which module. Unauthorized access attempts and failed actions are monitored. All logs are stored in compliance with KVKK and international security standards. Reports can be filtered by dealer, station, or user when required.

API & Integration Management

Enable secure and flexible integrations with external systems. Manage ERP platforms (e.g., Logo, Nebim), payment providers (iyzico, PayTR, Stripe), roaming services, and regulatory data sharing (e.g., EPDK) from a central hub. API keys can be assigned per user/application, with logging and rate limiting to enhance security. Data exchange is fully compliant with KVKK and international regulations.
